Kolsch – 4.7%

A light German style ale with a crisp clean finish. This unique style of ale originated in Cologne, where it is still brewed today. IBU – 21
Malt Varieties: Pale, Wheat Malt
Hop Varieties: Perle, Hallerta

Pilsner – 5.0%

A crisp, golden colored Czech style lager with a pronounced Saaz hop flavor. This style originated in Prague over 160 years ago and has since spread all over the world. IBU – 24

Golden Ale – 4.8%

An esay drinking ale with a light malty body and mellow fruity hop aroma. Also known as Blonde ale this style is an American West Coast original IBU – 18

Hop Varieties: Amarillo

Hefe Weizen – 5.2%

A great thirst quencher! A traditional unfiltered Bavarian style weizen made with over 60% malted wheat. Our German yeast strain gives this beer its pronounced flavor with hints of banana & clove. IBU – 14

Hop Varieties: Mount Hood

Belgian White – 5.5%

A light refreshing Belgian style wheat beer brewed with un-malted wheat, orange peel & coriander. A very old style of beer originally brewed by Belgian farmers. IBU – 21

Hop Varieties: Perle, Hallertau

Belgian Blonde – 6.5%

A light colored, yet slightly strong ale with a distinct spicy Belgian flavor. A moderate hop presence is also apparent. IBU – 22

Hop Varieties: Saaz, Styrian Golding

Belgian Tripel – 9.0%

A golden colored, yet strong & spicy flavored ale modeled after the Triple style beers brewed by the Trappist monks in Belgium. A strong hop flavor is also present in this beer. Much like our Belgian Abbey, the fruity esters and spicy flavors are derived from high temperature fermentation of the yeast. IBU – 37

Spring Bock – 7.2%

A light yellow-gold colored German style lager. This beer has a sweet malty body and a fresh hop flavor. It is also known as Maibock, the style of beer brewed in Germany for festivals in May. IBU – 22
Malt Varieties: Pale Malt, Light Caramel Malt, Munich
Hop Varieties: Perle, Mount Hood

Dunkel Weizen – 5.8%

A dark Bavarian style wheat beer. Similar to our Hefe Weizen, yet darker in color and more full in flavor. IBU – 18
Malt Varieties: Pale Malt, Caramel Malt, Wheat Malt, Chocolate Malt
Hop Varieties: Perle

Pale Ale – 5.2%

A light amber colored, English style pale ale with soft malty tones and assertive English hop flavors for a rich finish. IBU – 28

Hop Varieties: Challenger, Amarillo, Golding

Burton Ale – 5.3%

Featuring Maris Otter malt & Fuggles hops, this style of beer is brewed with mineral enhanced water to mimic that of England’s Burton-On-Trent. The mineral rice water accentuates the hops. IBU – 34

India Pale Ale (IPA) – 6.5%

A light colored, yet strong & full flavored ale with pronounced American citrus hop aroma & bitterness. This style of beer was originally brewed in England in the 19th century for shipment to India. The strong, dry hopped brew could easily survive the trip. IBU – 50

Hop Varieties: Summit, Simcoe, Amarillo

Best Bitter (N2) – 5.7%

An English style amber ale with sweet caramel malt flavors that yield to bitter hop flavors from a good dose of English hops. The Nitrogen/Carbon Dioxide blend gives this beer a creamy head and smooth drinkability. IBU – 37

Belgian Abbey – 7.5%

A deep red, spicy flavored ale patterned after the “Dubble” style ales brewed by the Trappist monks in Belgium. Other breweries in Belgium and the Netherlands with associations to monks made similar style beers. The fruity esters and spicy flavors are derived from the high temperature fermentation of the yeast strain we use. IBU – 18

Oktoberfest – 5.7%

An amber/red lager with a slightly sweet, malty body & a smooth flavor. Modeled after the seasonal beers brewed in Germany for the Bavarian festivals. IBU – 22

Doppel Bock – 7.5%

A strong, dark red German style lager. Brewed with a large % of Munich Malt. This beer has a rich & malty flavor & body. IBU – xx

Holiday Strong – 6.7%

A strong, malty flavored dark amber ale with lots of British hops. English brewers traditionally make stronger darker ales also known as “winter warmers” for the cold winter months IBU – 35

Hop Varieties: Northdan, Challenger, Fuggle

Brown Ale – 5.2%

A dark, malty ale with a slightly toasty after taste. A good amount of Crystal Malt gives this beer its dark caramel flavor. The hops are fairly subdued in this English style ale. This type of beer is popular in Northern England and is possible the oldest style of ale being brewed. IBU – 20

London Porter – 6.0%

A robust yet smooth black ale with a complex balance of caramel & dry roasted-dark chocolate malt flavors. English hops are used for a firm yet balanced bitterness. Porter wasa so popular in 18th century London that it became the world’s first mass produced industrial beer. Labor intensive steam driven breweries and enormous oak vats were used to supply the world demand for this beer! IBU – 32

Stout (N2) – 5.0%

A dry stout in the Irish tradition, Roasted malt is the dominant flavor and gives the beer its black as coal color and dark chocolate flavor. The Nitrogen/Carbon Dioxide blend gives this beer a creamy head and smooth drinkability. IBU – 38
