Restaurant Availability
Lunch/Dinner Parties
FBC can accommodate lunch and dinner parties for groups of almost any size.
In most cases our regular menu is available, but for larger groups (30 or more)
we have banquet menus available.

Cocktail/Bar Parties
We can accommodate cocktail and appetizer parties in our bar/lounge area for
groups from 10 to 60 people. These parties must start no later than 6:30 and
require a $20 per person minimum. This minimum charge can be met by all
purchases (food and beverage) but does not include gratuity (18%) or tax. A
party confirmation is also necessary. Please call Christa Shaw for details.
Patio Area
Due to it’s popularity we do not take reservations for parties on the patio
during regular business hours. However, if you are interested in holding an
event on the patio for your group please contact Christa Shaw for availability
and restrictions.
Weddings & Rehearsal Dinners
We can accommodate weddings on most weekends. With a capacity of up to 200
guests indoors, and a ceremony site for 125 guests
outdoors. For any couple that books their wedding at FBC we offer a 10% discount
on their rehearsal dinner.

Holiday Events & Weekend Buy
Outs
FBC is available for private parties(buy outs) on most weekends. The minimum
food and beverage requirement for these events is $8000.00 The group size can
range from 50 to 200 as long as the dollar requirement is met.

Reservation Information
Lunch/Dinner Reservations
-We accept reservations for lunch (11:30 to 2:15) and dinner (5:00 to 9:30)
Monday thru Friday.
-For Large groups (10 or more) please contact Christa Shaw at (408) 821-7267 or
(408) 736-2739. A party confirmation form may be required.
Cocktail/Bar Reservations
-Available Monday thru Friday starting any time between 3pm and 6:30pm.
-A party confirmation is required and the $20 per person minimum must be met.
-All bar reservations will be on one tab with an 18% gratuity. We do not allow
sperate checks for bar
reservations.
Weddings & Buyouts (weekends)
-Available most weekends.
-An $8000.00 food & beverage minimum must be met in order to hold a weekend
event.
-There is a facility fee starting at $2000.00 which includes private use of
entire facility, set up, cleaning, staffing and gratuity.
-The facility is rented in 5 hour time blocks with events ending no later then
midnight. Overtime is $150 per hour and beverages will
be purchased a la carte after the 5 hour time block.
-A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold an event date, but will be
applied to the final bill.
-Final menu selections are made 2 weeks prior to event and final headcounts must
be confirmed at that time.
-Payment is due 1 week prior to event (by check) or 3 days (by credit card). We
also require a credit card for any additional charges
that may occur on the day of your event.

Dinner Banquet
For dinner parties over 30 people. This menu is determined by the number of
guests in your party and time of your reservation. The entree limit will vary

Cocktail/Bar Menu
This menu is for large parties in our bar/lounge area. This menu consists of
larger platters of appetizers. The menu is set up as an order form so that you
can fax it over to us. With this menu we also require a partyconfirmation so
please contact Christa Shaw for further details.

Weekend Buyout Menu
This is a sample menu. The actual menu changes seasonally but the pricing
and items in the package only change due to market price. This menu is also a
“package” that includes beverages, appetizers, entrees & dessert. Please note
that these prices do not include tax or gratuity.

Wedding Menu (plated)
This menu is a plated or served option, in order to use this menu we require
a pre-order from every guest. If you choose to not have your guests pre-order
then you only get a choice between 2 entrees.

This is our buffet option for weddings, again this menu changes seasonally.
