Brewmaster - Peter Catizone
Peter Catizone has been Faultline Brewing Company's brewmaster since July of 2003. He brings 11 years of experience in the brewing industry to our Sunnyvale location. Peter's love for brewing began in the late 1980s with home brewing. While working as a bartender at Boulder Creek Brewery, his interest in micro brewing and the brewpub industry grew. This led to a one year stint as the assistant brewer. He then took over all brewery operations for Boulder Creek Brewing in 1993 and held that position until moving to Faultline Brewing Company. Peter is a member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas and the Association of Brewers. Peter's talents are obvious. Customers at Faultline Brewing Company have indicated to the management staff that the beers continue to be refined and improved. Many regulars say that the IPA is the best in the whole Silicon Valley. If you don't believe them... just come over to Faultline Brewing Company and try one for yourself! Mini Kegs are available for purchase for $20 the first time and $15 for a refill. With a 5 liter capacity , they hold approximately 10 1/2 pints of beer and are gravity fed. If you like, you can pick one up from our bartending staff. Bring a small cooler if you are going to have it in your vehicle for more than 1 hour... we'll provide the ice! The nitrogen dispensed beers do not work with this type of delivery system and are not recommended.

The brew house philosophy at Faultline Brewing Company draws on the long history of the worlds brewing traditions. We do not wish to limit ourselves or our customers to only a small segment of the wide variety of beers. We offer five standards which reflect a range of colors and flavors and rotate a series of specialty beers which are offered during the appropriate season. All of our beer is brewed as close to the original styles as possible, while allowing for our own creative interpretation. We spare no expense in importing the appropriate raw materials, and take the time to brew our beers correctly. |
